  When they say you will become addicted, they mean it! Two days in and I found myself craving to go back for more. From the moment you walk in on your first day, you feel welcome by not only the staff but other members as well. The workouts are tough but you feel incredible once you complete it. They will kick your butt, but I don't see ever being able to loss motivation. Instructors are wonderful, supportive, knowledgable, and want you to do your best. This is by far one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. Come to one class and you'll feel the same way too!
